"Hi I'm Merrilee, and today I'm going to show you how to make vegan snickerdoodles. Now I know snickerdoodles are much loved by people all over the country, and once you fix them it's not very long before they are all gone. So we're going to get started here. Our first ingredients, I've already mixed up the batch of dry ingredients together, we have a cup and a half of flour, a half a cup of sugar, one half teaspoon of salt, a half teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of nutmeg. That is for our dry ingredients. Now for our wet ingredients, we use third of a cup, plus two tablespoons of vegetable oil, two tablespoons of liquid lecithin, this is going to take place of the eggs that you would normally use in a recipe. Two tablespoons of maple syrup, one tablespoon of vanilla, and then we have some cinnamon and sugar here that we are going to roll our snickerdoodles in before we put them on the pan. So the first thing you do after you make an emulsion by mixing up all your wet ingredients, we're going to add them to the dry, and mix them up until the dough forms a large ball. Bring your cookie sheet over here, because we're going to be rolling them onto the cookie sheet. Once we've got it mixed then we take a spoon, and we make smaller cookie dough balls of about a couple of tablespoons full, something like that. Roll them in your hand, we're going to roll them in the cinnamon and sugar, press them onto the pan here, like that until we get the pan full. I've preheated the oven to 350, and once we put the snickerdoodles in they will bake for about eight minutes. And after eight minutes then you will want them to sit for about three minutes on the pan before you remove them, so that they can hold their shape. And you continue until you fill the pan. Now that our snickerdoodles have baked for eight minutes and cooled for three, all that's left is to serve and enjoy. And that's how you make vegan snickerdoodles."
