"Hi my name is Merrilee and today I am going to teach you how to make a very quick spinach dip. First you want to start with one 10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained and then we're going to add 16 ounces of sour cream and then once we have added the sour cream we are also going to add three quarters of a cup of mayonnaise. The recipe also calls for three green onions, chopped, which we have right here, one 8 ounce can of water chestnuts, drained and diced, one package of dried vegetable dip. I use the Knorr, here it is really good, lots of great things in that package and two teaspoons of Dijon mustard just for a little spice. Now it is just a matter of mixing these ingredients together until you have them melded well so that all the flavors can be blended just like that and then what you want to do is you want to put this in a refrigerator and chill it for about eight hours or overnight if you are planning on taking it to a party. For right now I am just going to put it in a bowl so that when it is finished being chilled you can serve it up with crackers and take it to your next party and that's how you make a quick spinach dip. Thank you."
