"Hi, my name is Merrilee and today I'm going to show you how to make very simple and easy Popsicles at home. These are som, this is something you can do with your children, it's a fun activity, and there's nothing better in the summer time than an icy, cold, sweet treat. The way to make it the most healthy is to use one hundred percent juice. Pineapple, orange, or grape, are your best choices, but any juices will do. Today I've chosen orange. It's one of my kids favorites, and all you need to do is you can use the little paper cups and you don't fill them quite all the way to the top. I'm doing three because I have three children and one would be very upset if they didn't get a Popsicle. One of the really quick tricks that might work well is instead of waiting until they get to a slushy consistency when putting them in the freezer and then putting your Popsicle stick in is to cover them in a piece of heavy duty foil. Make a little slit, oops! Slit in the top with your knife, put your Popsicle's stick in now. The foil holds it in place and that way, you don't have to worry about coming back and catching it at the right stage of slushiness. Quick slit. There we go. Now, we're going to go and put them in our freezer and once they freeze solid, I will unmold them and present them and we'll get to eating. Now we've unmolded our easy to make orange juice Popsicle's and they're ready for your kids to enjoy."
