"Hi, Teri Lynne here, and I'm going to teach you how to use a pumice stone. So first of all, what is a pumice stone? Well it's a light glass that formed on top of lava. It comes in all sorts of shapes, sizes and colors and it's very inexpensive to purchase at your local drug store. So the first thing you want to do is you want to soak your feet in warm water. So use a couple of drops of liquid soap in there as well. Soak them for about ten to fifteen minutes, or you can take a nice warm shower. Either one will do. Once you've gotten out of the shower or finished soaking your feet, you also want to wet your pumice stone a little bit as well. Then you want to take it and go to the rough underside of your feet, on anything that's corns, calluses or just rough spots on your heels or toes and you want to rub in a circular or just back and forth motion. You want to do that for about thirty seconds or so and then you want to go ahead and rinse your feet off again and rinse the dead dry skin cells off of there. Dry your feet, moisturize them and then repeat as necessary. Now you need to do this about two to three times a week, to get you know, all of the dead skin cells off. But if you have really dry skin, really dry feet, you might need to it a bit more, or really rough. Now you also want to clean your pumice stone, when you're done with it. And again you can do that with a little bit of warm water and a little bit of soap as well. And hopefully you'll get some nice smooth, clean feet after using the pumice stone."
