"Hi my name is Teri Lynne and I'm going to show you how to take care of your feet. Now feet are often the most neglected part of a person's body but it is very important that we take good care of our feet because we are on them most of the day and when we're not, they are also, we also sweat out of our feet more than any other body part in our entire body so it is very important that we keep our feet clean. If we get a little cut or a sore on there, we want to make sure we keep that area clean because an infection actually can start quite quickly in the feet area and can lead to all sorts of things like ringworm or athlete's foot. Now we also want to keep our feet hydrated. They often tend to be the drier part of our body with lots of calluses and dry spots so lotion, good foot lotion, look for it in your drug store or in a specialty store, look for things that say foot lotion, peppermint is great, peppermint lotion is great for your feet because it promotes circulation and it is a nice cooling sensation for sore feet as well. You also want to make sure you have proper footwear. Don't skimp on your footwear. Cheap footwear is never good on your feet. Now you also want to scrub the rough spots of your feet so you could go and get a pedicure but if you don't want to spend the money you can do it at home with either a puma stone or a good scrub. Also if you have had a long hard day give yourself a little foot massage. You will bring the circulation back into your feet and just feel really good. Now if you don't want to do it maybe you can get a friend to do it. Also if you are experiencing any foot problems whatsoever please see a podiatrist. It is very important because they can really escalate and feet are something that we depend on for everyday and we want to take good care of your feet."
