"Hi I'm Teri Lynne and in this segment we are going to talk about how to take care of your nails. O'kay so there is four distinct steps to taking care of your nails. The first one is file. Now you can use a regular nail file or what I recommend is a four step nail file that goes from a rough grade of sand paper to a finer and finer grade until it just polishes them flawlessly and they are shimmering and shining. Once you have kept your nails nicely filed you want to trim your nails as well. If your nails get too long they are going to break or crack or split so you want to make sure you are keeping up with regular trims on your nails. Now the third thing you want to do is strengthen your nails and how do you do that? Now there are some polishes you could buy, nail polishes that do strengthening but also a good diet is important in strengthening your nails. So eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and a lot of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are great for skin, hair and nails. Also you can take silicone pills as well and lastly you want to protect your nails. Once they are all polished and trimmed and feeling healthy and thick you might want to put either a clear gloss over it or a nail color of your choice so again to take care of those nails you want to file them, trim them, strengthen them and then protect them and then you'll have beautiful amazing hands that everyone will want to look at."
