"HI this is Teri Lynne and in this segment I am going to teach you how to take a shower. Now first of all you want to remove all articles of clothing and jewelry. Second of all you want to run the water, let it run for a little bit and get it to the exact temperature you like, not too hot, not too cold. Step in and make sure you have a face cloth or sponge for lathering up. You can use liquid soap or bar soap, your choice and then later, rinse, repeat, lather, rinse, repeat. Now you don't want to wash your hair, make sure it is tied up in a bun or put back in a shower cap or wrapped up in a towel, your choice. Once you have cleaned yourself up either from head to toe or toe to head your choice, you are going to turn off the water, step out and wrap yourself around a big fluffy towel and dry off. Once you are completely dry go ahead and put your clothes back on either the ones you took off or fresh clean ones, your choice and that is how to take a complete shower."
