"You are buying a new car. Well, we are seeing more and more that people are using the internet to go ahead and get a heads up on what they want to do, some comparison shopping between products. But typically you come in and you pick a vehicle out that you like and you'll test drive it with your salesperson and provided you like it you will give your information and that type thing and get together and make sure you are on the right vehicle and the same page and then you go through the negotiation process. There is rebates which are set forth from the factory and then different specials that the dealer is running. Also at that point we will evaluate your trade in if you have a trade in and get together a picture of what your trade difference is going to be and then work out the financing or taxes and that type of thing. As far as negotiations go one thing I would definitely encourage people to do is to find a car dealer or even a sales person that has been in the store for a while and continue to go to that dealer and that sales person again and again if you like them because the car buying process is to some people intimidating and if you are dealing with someone you trust it makes the stress of that go down significantly and also it is going to allow you to get a better deal and a better car. People worry a lot about the deal but also don't skimp on the qualify of the car you are buying. Point of fact is you are buying something that you are going to keep for an extended period of time and even if you are going to pay a little bit more to get a good good car it is worth it over time so I would say deal with people you trust, buy something that you have researched and you have thought about and you like and then be happy and confident with your decision."
