"You have to be 18 years old to work at a car dealership, you ride around with customers, you have to obtain a salesman's license, it is important also for being able to handle yourself in negotiations, you know handling business. It increases the professionalism perhaps in the individual salesperson to have that experience, obviously you can drive a car at 16 but you have got to wait for 18 to be able to issue the sales license for you driving around with clients on dealer tags and that is just sort of the rule that has been made. The nature of the car business as far as selling cars goes doesn't lend itself to part time work so typically under 18 years old you are going to be still in high school or have some sort of obligation in that regard and you would not be able to work just in the afternoons and evenings and be successful and also to be able, we don't allow part time sales people because of scheduling and that type of thing, it just doesn't work with the nature of our business so that is another valid reason for being 18 years old before you start to work."
