"Okay. I'm going to show you guys how to make a Photo...a brush for Photoshop. I'm going to pick a... Say, you want to get in on that grunge action and you want to make a splatter brush that looks like some ink got sprayed on paper. I just found a splatter on Google. So here we go. So obviously, we don't want any of this white stuff. We just want the black. So what I'm going to do is first of all, I'm going to duplicate the layer and get rid of the background. Now, if we try and magic wand it, we might miss a lot. See, there's lots of... I'll show you. If I delete that, it's going to be to lots of little white bits around here, here, here that we've missed. So we want to go back. I'm going to undo. Let's step backward once more. So we want to try and select all this white out in a different way without the magic wand. So what I'm going to do is go to Select, go to Color Range. I'm going to click the white and click okay. And there...and now you can see all the little bits we missed before has been selected now. So delete that, and we have a nice, clean cut-out of our splatter. So deselect that one. Once again, hold down, Ctrl...I mean, command. Well, command on PC. I mean, on Mac, and Ctrl on PC. Click on that, and that'll select all the parts we want for our new brush. Go to Edit, go to Define Brush Preset, click on that, and we'll call it splatter. And click okay. And let's get out of this. Don't save. And go to New. That's fine. Go to paintbrush, and there we have it -- the last one is our new splatter brush. Let's make a nice red. That's how we make a brush in Photoshop."
