"Hello, my name is Izabella and now I'm going to show you how to use WinRar. Sometimes you need to save some space on your computer or when you would like to send a file; for example by email or by Skype and you need to send a smaller file. You can use this program WinRar and with the help of it you can compress the file and save some space. We have to select a file which we would like to put in our archive. Now we can save some Microsoft Word document which sizes 3 megabytes. Now with the right mouse button click, we select add to archive and here we can see a small window in which you can select for example the archive format to be RAR or Zip, the compression method, the update, mode or the archiving options. Here for example we can take the check box of deleted files after archiving. But you have some other options; you can see the tabs the general options, the advanced or options, the files, backup, time and command. Okay. When you're ready click on okay and wait some seconds until the archive is getting created. Okay. Here we can see there's a WinRar archive file which is only 1 megabytes now. Okay. Extract files with the right mouse button click and here you can also; here we have; here you can select the destination path of the archivation; you can set general and advanced options. Okay. When you're ready okay and here we can see the extracted file when you have the original Microsoft Word document."
