"Symptoms of bacterial colitis, first of all you can see by the name that it's caused by bacteria. The itis, and the colitis part of it is an inflammation of. So there's an inflammation of the colon. There might be blood in the stool. Bowel movement, there'll be an urge of having to go to the bathroom. Maybe even suddenly, or it just might be an urge only. There'll be abdominal pain that may accompany this. Diarrhea, constant pain, fever, and chills, and other signals of infection. There might be dehydration, but either way there is an inflammation within the colon that will need to be treated. Many times it's treated with antibiotics. But of course it has to be correctly diagnosed by a licensed medical physician, so that there can be treatment, and that you will not have to suffer with this bacteria that's in your colon."
