This may be is born because of a genetic condition that they present with these problems, it has a deletion of the short arm of the chromosome 5. They have low birth weight. They have severe development and mental retardation. Usually you use an IQ of less than 20. Their physical appearance seems to be as a small head, a round face, wide spread eyes, low set ears. Their prominent nasal bridge is very prominent and they have poor muscle tone, this is on a newborn. It's a shrill cry that is very much like a Persian cat. So this gives you some of the symptoms and some of the physical and mental conditions of symptoms for cat cry syndrome."
