"Hi! This is Gilson Barbarian Oliveira from New York. In this clip, I'll demonstrate some Hapkido techniques, this will be grabbing techniques. If you'll have your opponent facing you and he grabs with outside hand, this way, the first thing you do is you going to turn the palm of her hand up. Automatically, you see that his wrist will be twisted, this we create a space for you with your left hand to grab while your thumb is pressed against the back of his hand. This is going to help you to release your grip, don't move back, just a get rid of the grip and then move your hand back. Now, we have both thumbs pressing and twist to the side. One more time, if he grabs your hand with outside the cross grab, first, open your hands, this is going to widen a little your wrist, palms up, create space for your left hand which is free to grab his wrist, thumb pressin' against the back of his hand, set yourself free, move your hand, your right hand to the back of his hand, and now, you have both thumb pressin' against the back of his hand and bend, and twist until he's on the floor. Once again, open your hands, palms up, create space, let it go, turn and twist. This is Gilson Oliveira."
