Hi. I'm Trina Sims of Green Star Herbs. And today I'm going to talk about some home remedies for toe nail fungus. Now remember, all remedies for this problem take time, because you can't restore the nail that has been damaged. You have to wait for fresh healthy nails to grow out. So, the sooner you start, the better. You want to change your footwear every day. Don't want to wear the same pair of shoes two days in a row, if you can help it. Or, at least dry them out carefully overnight. Change your socks at least once a day. Expose our feet to sunlight and air, as often as you can. Perfectly fine for you to sit in the shade and leave your tootsies out in the nice bright sun. Twenty to thirty minutes, two or three times a week at least, will really make a difference. Then once a week, you want to soak your feet for twenty to thirty minutes, in a pan of warm water, with either some apple cider vinegar, or a hand full of salt in it. Buff away the dead skin. You can use a luffa, a brush, a pumas stone, or even just a nice rough wash cloth. Then blot your feet dry. Trim your toe nails short. Twice a day, every day, you want to apply full strength, something like tea tree oil, oregano or thyme oil, or even full strength lavender oil. Try to remember to do this twice a day, preferably morning, and evening. It just takes a moment to wisp these on quickly with something like a q-tip, works just fine pumas stone. It'll take some months, but within weeks, you should start to see healthy new nail growing out of the base. Continue, to treat them in this manner, and be patient. Be diligent. Over time, this can work for you. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you.
