"Hello, this is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to soften leather shoes. Okay. I'm going to show you a very...the very commercial way to soften a leather shoe, and also the perfect way to keep your shoe with the exact shape that it should have every time you take it off. There's this wood that you can buy at any shoe store, any, you know, big store like Macy's, Nordstrom, anything. They have...okay, whenever I can get it out, I'll show you. This is made of pine. So either you can buy a bigger size because you also have them in different sizes. You can buy a bigger size and put them inside the shoe in order to make it a little more softer, trying to, like, widen up the actual leather so when you wear it, it doesn't hurt that much and it looks a little more worn. Then, you can buy the exact size of your shoe. By doing this, you're going to keep the exact shape of the shoe. And another really fast thing that you can do in your house is just go ahead and get damp paper and just put it inside, and then that will also soften your shoe. Once again, this is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting."
