How to Choose a Basic Wardrobe for a Man

"Hello, this is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to choose a basic wardrobe for a man. When we're talking about basic, it's just a very few key pieces. A basic wardrobe for a man needs to have a plain, white shirt that he can wear with his pants or with the suit -- any color suit. He, of course, needs the blue shirt that he can wear as well with any type of pants, as well with jeans, and the suit. He needs a different coloring -- you know, instead of the basics kind of that will go with different type of pants -- with the blue, the brown, the beige. A regular t-shirt that he can wear. Of course, he's going to pick this that's going to go with his skin colors. A short-sleeve shirt that he can wear, you know, when it's a little summery, a little hot out there. A basic color sweater that he can wear with jeans or pantsuits. And of course, a pair of jeans -- basic color jean. I would prefer a darker color than lighter. And then you can have the basic, you know, gray with pinstripes, a blue one, and a little darker kind of brown-grainish type of pants.
