"Hi my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to print continuing row and column headings for an Excel spreadsheet. Let's go to our computer and we're going to open up Excel. Let's click the Start button and then go to Excel. Now what I want it to do here is I want it to print out my row headings, these numbers and my column headings which would be these letters here. Normally it would not print that, it would only print the data that's inside of your Excel spreadsheet. So I'm going to put some data in here. I'm going to move over a few, I'm going to type in this is some more data, basically so it will span more than one page. This is another row, now come over here, this is another row. Now I've got just image there's a lot of data inside of this and I want it to print out my column headings. All that you have to do in this case to get it to print out your column headings and row headings is go to the page layout tab at the top and then under sheet options, headings, just check the print box. Now if I click on my page preview now, if I go to print preview, click on your Office button then go to print and then click print preview. As you can see it's included my rows, let me scroll down a little bit, and my columns in the data that's being printed. If I go down to the next page by clicking next page here, it has continued onto the next page with my column headings and my row headings. That's all you have to do in order to get Excel to print out your row and column headings. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to print continuing row and column headers in Excel."
