"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to change the paper size on a print job. Let's go to our computer and I'm going to open up Microsoft Word; I'm going to show you how to change your paper size in the printer. Come to start button; go to all programs; let's go to Office; let's just open up Word. I'm going to type some information here and what I'm going to do is I'm going to try to print this document. I'm going to click on my Office button; I'm going to click print and I'm going to click print again. Now this brings up your print dialog that basically allows you to change the information as far as the type of file you're printing; which printer it's going to; how many pages you want to print; information like that. I'm going to click on the properties button and now as you can see, under paper options, the size is currently set to a letter piece of paper which is 8 1/2 X 11 inches and I can change that to any type that I would like such as legal which is 8 1/2 X 14 or one of these other ones such as an envelope which would be 4 1/2 X 9 1/2 or 4.12 X 9 1/2 inches. So now that I've changed the size of paper that I want to print to; if I will just move this over; if you go down to the very bottom and click on okay; nothing is changed on the screen but it knows that you have changed the type of paper that you would like to print to and then just click on okay. It's that easy to change the size of paper you're printing to. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to change the paper size in a print job."
