"Hi I'm Bill Scher from Liberal Oasis dot com. About primary election rules. Primary election rules differ in every state. But all have the same objective which is to help each individual party decide which campaign will run in the general election against the candidates of every other political party. And we allow every citizen who is in a political party to be part of that decision as opposed to what used to be when it was all done in back rooms with a bunch of fat guys smoking cigars. Some states say you have to be a registered member of that party to participate in a primary. Some states allow any person to participate in a single political party. So what you should do is check your states rules by contacting the Secretary of State office in your state or the town clerk office in your state. And then you'll know what you need to do to participate in your state's political primaries."
