"You can find a number of online libraries using a Web search. Generally, you might want to narrow it down as far as for a type of book and subject matter or a style, classification such that you can narrow it down. There are a number of places that you can find whole books for...available for download that are available because the copyright has expired or people have recently converted them to an electronic format. One of them is Project Gutenberg. There's also Baen Books allows a certain number of downloads through Baen Free Books. You could do Web searches for either of these and look it up. There are a number of different eBook reader programs. There's Mobipocket. There's various ones that will work on either BlackBerrys, Palms. Again, it all depends on what device you have and what you're trying to read with it."
