Some of these things may be able to be done in a remote location. And unfortunately, it pretty much requires the help of the IT support personnel in either the school or work or where you're located. Generally, a Web mail situation for, like, a work or a school might be the easiest to get into, but sometimes they will have things such as an instant messaging service, a message that they can conduct email...meetings online. Again, unfortunately, you're going to pretty have to...have to talk to them directly for more help."
