Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Rosario Nene Ortega. I am a dance instructor at The Goddess Store in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip I'm going to tell you how to dance at a prom, how to behave. Usually the girl goes on the left side of the partner. So he's going to offer the arm and you're going to put your arm around him so you walk down the entrance and you smile and you walk in the entrance in this way with your partner. Following you have a dance. When you dance, he asks for you. May have I dance with you please? May I have a dance with you please? And you accept, yes. And immediately you start dancing usually a waltz or any soft dance that you have choreographed for that moment OK? And yes, once the dance is finished, you say thank you, thank you very much, thank you, you bow and he's going to take you back to your place in this position with your hands. Again, for you, this is how to behave and how to dance in a prom. Rosario Nene Ortega."
