Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Gabi, and I'm going to show you how to make rosemary oil. So, I have some rosemary that I've flaked off of the twigs and allowed to dry for about two weeks in a jar here. And I've got a mason jar with a fitted lid. And some vegetable oil. So all you do is out the rosemary in the jar, and pour the vegetable oil over it. And make sure the lid is really tight and give it a good shake. And then you want to let this sit in a cool, dark place for about two weeks, and then this is perfect for making a fresh salad dressing, or a marinade for chicken, or even drizzling over a freshly cooked steak."
