"Hi, I'm Gabi, and I'm going to show you how to make cinnamon oil. So you only need three things to make cinnamon oil; regular, flavorless vegetable oil, a jar with a fitted lid, and a cinnamon stick. So we use cinnamon sticks instead of powdered cinnamon because it's much more concentrated flavor. So to make the cinnamon oil, simply take the cinnamon stick, put it in your jar. Cover the cinnamon stick, and screw the lid on tightly. And you want to leave this for about four weeks to really infuse the oil. And once it's done, cinnamon oil can be used for all sorts of things. It can be mixed into salad dressing. It can be used when you're poaching pears as a great way to infuse the flavor of cinnamon. And it can also be used in the bath for a nice, moisturizing bubble bath."
