"Hi, this is Double Agent Arce with the Geek Squad here to show you how to troubleshoot your printer cartridges. Now, the first step is to take a look at the printer interface -- see if you've got any error messages, warning lights, anything like that on the printer. Oftentimes, the printer will tell you exactly what it needs whether you need to replace the cartridges or there's a paper jam or whatever is going on. The second step would be to look at the computer. Most computers now, with the printer software installed, will tell you, again, what's wrong with the printer, what's going on, what may be wrong with the cartridges, whether they're empty, low, and all that. The next step would be to open up the printer and just replace the cartridges. Most of the time, if you replace the cartridges, that'll tell you whether the problem is with the printer or with just the printer cartridges, so just pop a new set right into the printer. And once you replace them with a new set of cartridges, should be good to go. If you need help replacing the cartridges or have any questions about replacing a printer even, just give us a call at 800-Geek-Squad. We'll be here to help."
