Hi, I'm Gabi and I'm going to show you a recipe that's really easy for kids to make. So, first you're going to need a tortilla. You can use any kind of tortilla. Today I'm using a whole grain one, because it's a little bit healthier. I've also got some cream cheese, some pitted bing cherries, and a little bit of semi-sweet chocolate chips. So, first thing you want to do is use a butter knife to spread the cream cheese on the tortilla. And butter knives are great for kids to use because there's very little damage that can be done, and they're easier to hold than a regular knife. So you spread that nicely. All right. And then what you want to do is sprinkle your cherries on. I'm using cherries today, you could use blueberries, or even some dried apricots. Any kind of soft fruit that can be spread. And then the all important chocolate chips. And I'm only going to sprinkle the chocolate chips on half. And then you want to fold it up, and here you've got a tasty desert quesadilla. And it's easy to make, and fun to eat.
