"Hi, I'm Gabi and I'm going to show you how to make vegan cole slaw. So the first thing that you need is vegan mayonnaise. It's really easy to find, it's in most major grocery stores. I just have a little bit in a little bowl, here. And all I'm going to do is thin it out with a little water. So, you just want to stir it together so it creates sort of a dressing. And this is a time where, if you wanted to flavor it with, you know, mustard or dill pickles that have been chopped or cayenne pepper, you could. I'm just going to do a simple, plain cole slaw. And, what I've got over here is cole slaw mix. And this is just easy to find, inexpensive shredded green and red cabbage with a little bit of carrots. I really like carrots, so I'm going to add some more shredded carrots, that are also available pre-shredded, which makes it really easy. And then, I'm going to pour over my dressing. I'm going to take my tongs and just toss it together. And you can see, it looks just like regular cole slaw. And then you can serve that up along your veggie burgers and tofu dogs, and you're ready for a barbecue."
