"The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York was founded in 1870 by a group of philanthropists in the New York area. The Metropolitan museum alone was all the Whitney and the Guggenheim and so forth that you know you can't cover in one visit. But the Metropolitan museum what I take from it is again they've recreated Egypt in one of their exhibition spaces. Its just extraordinarily expensive. Probably my prejudice is its far too much to see in a one visit. Although they do have rotating show in exhibitions. I was just thoroughly impressed with the scope and range of art that they were able to ensemble. I think you need an organization as huge as the Metropolitan to accomplish something like that."
