And this set is hand carved and hand panted in South Africa. The queen is a baboon, the bishop is a cheetah, the knight is a polar bear, and the rook is a panda, the pawn is a tiger. It's a rare set, not very popular or common, but definitely a collector's item. The value of this set is seven hundred and ninety-five dollars. This set is known as wild animals from South Africa, and it's made out of rosewood and olive wood. The rosewood is the darker color, and olive wood has a lighter tone. What makes it so special is that it is hand carved by local artisans in South Africa. And the price of it is six hundred and ninety-five dollars. Although it's not very popular, because most people tend to go for the Staunton sets, it is very special because it is rare and also a collectors item. The king here is portrayed by a lion, the queen is African bear, the bishop is an elephant, the knight is an ox, the rook is a rhino, and the pawn is a hippopotamus.
