"In this segment, I will be talking to you about how to keep a healthy liver. Very simple, three key things that I want you to remember 'cause your liver does a lot of work in your body, pretty much gets rid of any toxins that come in through your skin, through the environment outside of us and through the food we're eating. So here's the first tip to keep that healthy liver. I want you to eat as much fruits and vegetable as possible and when you can, organic is best because then there's less pesticides in there to help you know, when your liver's cleaning through that. It's one less thing it has to do. So as many fruits and vegetables you can, eat close to the earth. Nuts are awesome. Raisins, banana, I mean, all fruits and vegetables that you can think of and if you're going to do grains, whole grains are best. These are great. Rolled oats are perfect. You can eat 'em for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Second tip I want you to remember, I know we all love alcohol, but to get a healthy liver, or to make it healthy as possible. You want to decrease your alcohol intake, buh-bye. Increase those vegetables. And the last thing that a lot of people aren't doing, unfortunately but really need to start doing is just to start moving, exercising, walking, join a gym. Anything that you really like to do so that way that'll help your liver start to detoxify too, anything that's in it. So good luck. Three simple steps. You can do it."
