"In this segment, I will be talking about how cholesterol is directly linked to heart disease. They are linked because when somebody has high cholesterol that means the are, they're their arteries that are going into the heart. Now that used to pump blood through, right? Have a nice, wide artery. Now the artery with high cholesterol is starting to get full, and full, and full, so the blood flow to get through that artery to the heart gets restricted. So of course that's going to cause heart heart disease or heart attack because the heart, the part of the heart actually starts to die away. And so the heart's beatin' cool, it's doin' it's job and now you're killin' the artery and the artery gets tighter and tighter, and all of a sudden, the heart now is diseased. So the cool thing is, tomato, is a heart friendly vegetable, or fruit, should I say? It has four chambers, right? So, here we are, cool, we got a healthy heart, a healthy fa heart and it's beating and it's beating and it's beating, and that high cholesterol now has stopped that blood flow, so now there's a little damage to that heart, so heart disease is pretty much developed."
