"In this segment, I will be talking about different quick recipes that will help lower your blood pressure. One really easy one, actually, two things that go well together, you can make spinach. Spinach is a great tool to lower your blood pressure and some black beans. So really quick and easy, what I do is I kind of started already. I did throw some celery in there. I threw some cauliflower in there, just for extra flavor, but throw some fresh spinach in that salad bowl. Throw some black beans in there 'cause these two items together are going to help lower that blood pressure. Mix it around, put your favorite dressing in there, it doesn't matter what it is as long as it's tasty. That's all that matters. Other couple things that will help lower that blood pressure, if you want, you could add some raisins in there in your salad for extra fun. Or after your salad, if you wanted to put raisins and bananas, the potassium actually does help lower your blood pressure also. So you can make that like a little side salad for yourself. Bananas and raisins at the end of this great spinach salad with some black beans and another quick thing that actually, my kids like, which is very important to make sure the kids like is really increasing some of your good legumes in your system and most people don't usually eat, use these but edamame is one of the really quick and easy recipes. They're already in it's shell, so what you do is it's a soy bean in it's natural form, you could just throw it in some boiling water, maybe for five to seven minutes. Just follow the recipe that's on the back and then add some sea salt at the end and what's really fun is that it's still in the pod, so just pull it out, perfect. The kids think it's fun and it's really, really healthy for you. So anything rich in magnesium will help your arteries, will, anything rich in potassium which is the the raisins and the bananas and then of course, the spinach salad and the beans, lower blood pressures quick. You don't even have to think about those recipes."
