Video Transcript

"In this clip I'll be talking about vegetables that prevent cancer. And to let you know that all kinds of vegetables prevent cancer. So it really doesn't matter exactly what kinds, just get them into your body. But then here's some specifics for you if you really do need a guideline. I have some broccoli, cauliflower, really good in cancer prevention. Some cabbage. Celery. These actually help metabolize the body, burn some things off, especially fat. I also have some ginger, garlic, parsnips, which I was actually saying earlier that we can actually make these fun, into kind of like a potato chip. If you slice this apart. Cut it into really thin pieces. Throw it in the oven at, like, 350, a little bit of salt and olive oil. It is just like a potato chip, and you're, you know, preventing those cancers. We have some tomatoes, onion, of course. Onion, garlic are really good for getting rid of any mucous anywhere in the system. In the colon, in the lungs, in the nose. And of course, citrus, with the vitaminC. So really, you want to look for vegetables that are high in vitamin A and vitamin C to really prevent cancer."
