"Hi, I'm Becky Sosa with Stress Free Events, and I'd like to talk to you about how to write a Best Man speech. There are definitely some things to consider. First off, you need to let the people there know who you are, and your relationship to the Groom or the Bride, depending on who you're there for. At the same time, you want your speech to be fun, you want your speech to be touching. Think about the things that you've done growing up together. Maybe it's stories of vacations you've taken together, maybe it's Spring breaks, maybe it's college, think about the things that were important to you and share some of those memories that everyone might, everyone else might enjoy. When you're sharing these things, make sure not to embarrass your friends too much. If you come back and say something that his Bride may not be too happy about, you're going to hear about it for a very long time. Also, always consider, they can retaliate. Think about these things when you're writing your Best Man speech. Make sure to include the family, let them know how much you appreciate that you're a part of his big day, how much you care for him, but keep it fun at the same time. These are some things to consider in writing your Best Man speech."
