We already have the program WinMX installed on our computer and now we open it and we can see the folder tabs networks, library, chat, search, hotlists and bandwidth. Now we click on bandwidth and click on adjust incoming and outgoing bandwidth throttles. Here we can see the settings window with some information. Please always read the information before you start your own settings. Now we are going to set the limit incoming and outgoing bandwidth so let's set the incoming bandwidth to 20 kilobytes per second and the outgoing to 10 kilobytes per second. If you go further you can see that you can also set the throttle processing throttle. Now you have tried here a number depending on the strength of your pc. The stronger your computer is the less throttle processing throttle you need. Now I have set it to 250 milliseconds. If you are done you have to click on close."
