"In this clip we'll talk about how to become a male fashion model. I'm obviously not a male, but I can definitely give some good advice on how to go in there and how to present yourself being a male model. Some people think that only women can portray sexy looks and only women can sell pretty much sex. Men can do it just as well. You know, as opposed to not going in there and being a diva, don't go in with a cocky attitude. Be pleasant to work with, don't try to overpower whoever it is you know, working with you, your agent, your manager, you know, just go in there with confidence, just show them that you can be just as sexy as a woman can be. And just as, not glamorous, but you know, just as regal as a woman can be. And show them your different sides, and your different faces, show them that you can be the sexy underwear model, but at the same time, you can slap on a business suit, and it'll just sell the suit, you know, you can even go, you know, and your portfolio showed different kinds, you can be the fitness man, you can sell a pair of sunglasses, you can sell a pair of shoes, sell a pair of jeans, anything. You know, I think at the end of the day it's all about being confident and just being able to go in there and show them that you're the model that they're looking for and just, regardless of your gender, regardless of you're not some, you know, sexy, sexy woman, that just as long as you show up with your confidence, than you're the right person for the job."

on 10/23/2009 Thanks, your comments on proper attitude are right on. I've seen many guys think that they are the Universe's gift to an agency and because of that attitude they usually get dropped from the agency or don't book any jobs. Great info!
