"In this clip, we'll talk about how to make a modeling portfolio. The ingredients to making a portfolio is pretty much just putting a bajillion different pictures into your portfolio. The different faces of you. You, when you're presenting your portfolio to an agency, you want to have them look at the pictures and be like "wow, this girl can do everything. She can be classy, she can be sexy, she can be sophisticated, she can look sad when she's the happiest person in the world, you know, she can just do anything we need her to." Start off by taking pictures in different places you know, go up to the mountains, go down to the beach, go in your bedroom in a closet, in you know, just on a balcony, at a friends apartment, anywhere, and you know, you pretty much just have to walk around with your eyes open and just kind of be like "whoa, that's perfect, we can take a picture there!" You know, bring your friend or bring whoever's taking the pictures of you and just show them that you can be everything that they want to be. Show them that you don't have any fears in taking your pictures. You're going to take a bajillion pictures and there are going to be some that discourage you and there are going to be some, but even the best of the best don't have perfect pictures all the time. So just you know, be confident in yourself and just put together the pictures that if, put yourself in the agency's position and be, say "wow, this picture's a really good one, you know, maybe we should take this girl on may, because she can definitely show me everything she has to offer." So to use your better judgment, talk to whoever's helping you do it, your agent, or your you know, stuff like that and just try to figure out what you think would be the best pictures to use to get you to where you want to go."
