"Hi, OK so this is how to burn off fat. Now this is one of those questions that I always have to like ask my clients to brace themselves for because it's a really, really complex answer but the answer is workout, OK? That's really the key to burning off fat is building lean muscle mass, it's making sure your diet is in check. Clearly calories out, calories in, very, very important sort of basic concept to burning off fat but you want to make sure to decrease the amount of fat that you're taking in so that you're not putting in any extra fat calories in your body. Keep the simple sugars to a minimum because those spike your blood sugar levels and cause your body to store fat rather than burn it off and make sure that you're doing both resistance training and cardiovascular training. Cardiovascular in your fat burning zone which can vary person to person, again totally separate topic but make sure that you get those components of your diet and workout synced up and you'll burn off fat."
