Hello, my name is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg in Miami, Florida with Miami Dog Training. In this clip we're going to talk about paper training puppies, and as you can see, you want to pretty much coat the whole area in paper. It's a little windy out here today, but you want to coat the whole area in paper, OK, so that he has his bed, and the rest is paper. So, he sleeps on his bed, which he knows, and then he knows that any where else he, that he, that we know that any where else he comes outside of his little bed and goes to the bathroom, he's on the paper. And slowly, what we'll start doing is removing paper, a little bit at a time, and pretty soon the paper gets further. About every, you know, every week, or every couple days, we'll remove another sheet of paper, and it gets further and further away from his bed, but as we go, we get further and further away from his bed. And in the end, our hope is to end up with only paper in one corner, OK, and pretty soon he knows that there's no paper any where else but right here, and that's where he's supposed to go, and then we'll, again, we'll remove another piece of paper, and he's left with one piece in the corner, and his bed over in the other corner, which really is the steps in the process in getting him potty trained, or paper trained. Once again, this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training.
