Hi I'm Trina Sims of Green Star Herbs in Austin, Texas and I'm going to answer your question what is ginger tea good for. Two of my favorite uses are first as a digestive remedy for gas, bloating, rumbling, and general upset tummy. Simply prepare a cup of ginger tea as you would any other herb tea, sweeten to taste and enjoy. Your digestive troubles should settle within a very few minutes. My second favorite use for ginger tea is as a general warming tonic particularly nice for chilled hands and feet that have been going on for hours or days or just a general chilled feeling. Again prepare the tea as you would any herb tea, sweeten to taste and enjoy and be warm for the rest of the day.
