The type of paper, who's going to be doing the printing, the quality of printing, the ink and also you can also consider doing it yourself. If you do it yourself you are going to be looking at about a dollar fifty to two fifty for the invitations itself. This is not including response cards or things like that. If you are looking at having it professionally printed, the cost goes up and you are looking at the two fifty even up to ten dollars per invitation, depending on special boxing including calligraphy options as well. Remember addressing your invitations is part of your invitation costs and if you want special calligraphy that's going to be even more. When you do it yourself, consider the papers that you are going to use. Card stock, tracing papers run a whole lot more then just your average computer paper. The invitations from the printer maybe embossed that have raised edges on them, that's going to run you more. If you keep things simple, that's going to keep your costs down.
