"Symptoms of allergies to dust mites, present with a runny nose and sneezing, asthma like symptoms, which could be shortness of breath because of the airways being narrowed down and it is hard to breathe with shortness of breath. Mucous lines up in the airways and blocks the airways. They might also have a symptom of hay fever with a stuffy nose and eyes, watery, itchy eyes, sneezing upon awakening in the mornings, eczema, improved when outside. So dust mites are not everywhere especially on your pillows and mattresses and stuffed toys is the fecal pellet of the mite. They can be seen under a microscope and they are just about everywhere so cleaning everything, washing, drying and having clean mattresses and covers and pillows and bed linens are extremely important for symptoms of dust mites to decrease or hopefully disappear entirely."
