"Hello my name is Rebecca Herrick and I am here at Everything Peaceful in Wilmington, North Carolina and I'm going to tell you a little bit about how to give a spa treatment. First of all there is a few supplies that you will probably want to have around for any spa treatment. You'll want to have some plastic wrap to lay down over the surface where you are practicing. You'll want to maybe protect the floor around the area that you are working because usually spa treatments incorporate some kind of product whether it is a salt scrub or a mud wrap or a seaweed product. They are usually a little bit on the messy side so you want to protect the area that you are working in. A lot of spa treatments also require aluminum foil wrap which it is not hard like aluminum wrap it is just a soft sheet like product and also a plastic wrap that you are going to lay on the surface. Once you apply the different spa treatment you usually want to wrap your client up and cocoon them in that foil and also in the plastic and put a blanket over them, let them stay warm for about 20 minutes. You can do facial massages at that time or something else and then basically after that 20 minutes you unwrap them, have them shower off or you towel them off with warm towels to clean the product off their skin and they feel renewed and that's basically how you give a spa treatment."
