You need to definitely have some experience to know the ins and outs of what it takes to run a spa. To open a spa you need to have qualified practitioners that are licensed and experienced. You need to have good marketing skills because once you open it you need to be able to advertise and bring in clientele. Some other things you may want to know before you open a spa is where your locations going to be, location is prime. A very important part in having a successful spa. You want to make sure that the location that you choose is optimal for your target clientele. You want to make sure you know who you're targeting to be clients at your spa.
