Hello, my name is Rebecca Herrick. I'm a licensed massage therapist in Wilmington, North Carolina. I'm here to you briefly how to open a spa. I worked in many spas over the past ten years. Opening one is not an easy task but there are some basic principles you want to consider before doing so. For example, having experience working in a spa. You need to definitely have some experience to know the ins and outs of what it takes to run a spa. To open a spa you need to have qualified practitioners that are licensed and experienced. You need to have good marketing skills because once you open it you need to be able to advertise and bring in clientele. Some other things you may want to know before you open a spa is where your locations going to be, location is prime. A very important part in having a successful spa. You want to make sure that the location that you choose is optimal for your target clientele. You want to make sure you know who you're targeting to be clients at your spa.
