"Hi, my name is Nick Charette. We're here at Concord Auto Spa, and I'm going to show you how to clean a windshield. Lots of windshields get lots of bugs caked on it. Maybe some pine, tar, things like that. This one actually doesn't have any pitch on it, but if you were, you would spray some solution on it, you might want to scrape it with a small razor blade, and get the bulk of it off. And then, you'll do these steps that I'm about to show you. Just spray this window cleaner on it, you can pick up anywhere. Windex, whatever may be closest to you. Whatever you like to use. You take a rag, and once again, you like to box it out, get everything out of your way as you can. So you can get the full effect of cleaning the windshield. Box it out, use lots of pressure on the windshield. Especially for the bugs. You see any lingering bugs, you like to go over them, and say there's a bug here. You go over it, really hard, and they're a little hard to get out, but they will come out with some force. And with some time. You just have to put the time and effort into it. And then once you're done with one section, if you like to do halves, you can do half. You can do the whole thing at once. And you just make sure you go over it with another side of the rag. Make sure all of the streaks are gone. Always, always, check your work, and make sure that you've gotten everything that you possibly can."
