Kay, my name is Josie Minks. I'm a labor and delivery nurse in Austin, Texas and I'm here to talk about when the best time is to get pregnant. And there are several factors leading up to conception and preparing to have a baby. One would be when you're financially stable, and able to provide for a baby. Another would be when you are satisfied and comfortable and ready to raise a child with your partner. Another would be when your body is healthy, so you're exercising regularly, you have a good, healthy diet, lots of vegetables and fruits, and maybe you've been taking a prenatal vitamin for two years proceeding conception and also age, ideally would be between the ages of eighteen and thirty-five when you conceive. These are good stages to be in when you are ready to conceive and have a baby.
