"My name is Josie Minks and I'm a labor and delivery nurse and I am going to talk to you about how soon morning sickness can start. Usually at morning, sickness can start at the sixth week of pregnancy and can last until the twelfth week or well into your second trimester. Sometimes morning sickness can last throughout the entire pregnancy, but generally, from the sixth week to the twelfth week. And some remedies that can help manage your morning sickness can be to eat smaller meals, eat, have snacks, and drink fluids like water or juices maybe a half hour before you eat and then a half hour after you eat. And then another remedy might be to eat Saltines about fifteen minutes before you wake up in the morning and then other remedies would be to have more rest, take naps in the day, exercise, and again, just drink more fluids and these are some ways to help with morning sickness and that is the general time frame of morning sickness."
