The book contains poetry, spells, and incantation, rituals, writings, meditations, experiences of all types. It is your personal journey of your soul, your diary so to speak. There are many types of books of shadows, for example this book of shadows is very ornate and would be very good for recording your experiences like a diary for meditations and rituals that you would perform. This Book of Shadows is the book of shadows for my coven The Religious Order of the Circle of Isis Rising.
