"Hi, my name is Charlotte Skiles. I am a nutrition consultant and clinical herbalist with Eat in Peace Wellness Consulting located in Austin, Texas. And today I'm going to be talking to you about where the lymph nodes are located. The major site of lymph nodes the neck and the throat area, underneath the arm pits, and the chest area and also the groin, in between the thighs. Those would be the major sites of the lymph nodes. And you notice at times when you get sick and they swell up, you can feel it. They get tender to the touch and they might even be swollen visibly on your neck or in your throat indicating an immune response that's occurring. So that's a great pointer to determining you know, where your health is at in terms of signs of, signs of illness or underlying dysfunction can occur there and is worthy of being aware of. So it's a good thing to know where those lymph nodes are located."
